Use of domain name

  I have an external website as well as this blog, I also have a couple of domain names pointing to the web site, I was wondering if it was possible to use one of these domain names I own for my wordpress blog instead of the sight it presently points to.

  My wordpress blog is http://thehappysnapper.wordpress.com/

  My website is http://www.tortoisetable.co.uk

  The domain I wish to re-point to my wordpress blog is http://www.kevinwheeler.co.uk which at the moment also points to the above website.

  I’m hoping I can do this, if anybody knows how it would be a great help.
