Use of em or px sizing for fonts, margins and padding

    Hello
    I currently use a number of headings in posts that are defined using both em (for margins) and px (for font size and padding. Here’s an example:
    [Text of heading]
    Is it better to use em for all measurements, px for all, or a mixture as I do at the moment? I use 2017 Theme, with normal sized Open Sans font as the default font size and style.
    Any help would be very welcome.
