    My Query is that, If I transfer my GoDaddy domain to WordPress then how much price will charge for this & I also want to know that, Is this charge will Yearly or Monthly. Because I have a domain name with .com extension. So Please guide me Thank you.

    Hi there,

    You’ll need a paid plan to transfer your domain to WordPress.com.Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or transfer/map one you already own.

    Your domain will be renewed automatically for another year upon completion of a successful transfer and you’ll be charged based on your plan.

    You can transfer domain name to WordPress.com or you can even Map the domain here with us .

    If you transfer domain registration to us , Then you need to have a paid plan.
    If you just want to Map the domain , Then you need to pay for domain Mapping and Domain renewals will be done from Current domain registrar side.

    Also if you transfer domain registration to us , Then the domain will be renewed for one more year freely with us .
    Also payments on domains cannot be done monthly and its only yearly payment.
