Use of header in Structured Theme

  Hi there,

  Rather new to customization of my blog, but I recently switched to the Structured theme, and while the majority is fine, I am having a hard time figuring out how to change the blank space to the left of my menu items toward the top of my page, below my customized header.

  Can anyone help?
