Use of maximum rating in Discussion Settings?

  What effect does the Maximum rating setting from the Discussion Settings page (below Avatar) have? Blog rating, Discussion rating? What?

  For Avatars. The avatars used here are rated by a MAPAA-like system.

  Ok. So setting a rating there will block any images with a higher rating. Thanks.
