Use of Paypal, Etsy, etc.

  Hello–I have read old posts about the use of Paypal, and it is confusing. I see on some blogs that they have the use of Palpal for services, but I read that one cannot sell one’s created product, if I read that correctly. Isn’t WordPress for artists, creators, etc.? If I have a product that I create and want to sell it, how do I do via my blog? Do I link to Etsy or some other forum like that? Thank you in advance for lessings my confusion.

  If you create something, you can sell it on your WP.com blog. It’s just that true ecommerce isn’t really available here at anything under the $299 business bundle. You can use the Paypal Buy It Now button or you can link to the item on Etsy or wherever. You can put it in your blog with a contact form and say the price and link to your paypal account.

  Thank you for your response. I have different products in which some are agricultural that I grow. So with that said, does it matter what the product is as long as it is something I make, create, etc.?
