Use Of Pictures On Blogs

    I have been blogging for more than three years now on a couple of different platforms and I still wonder about some of the basics.

    For example:

    Is it better to “Link” to photographs that I use on my blog or is it better to “Copy and Paste” photographs that I want to use on my blog?

    I have always wondered about this and have gotten a couple of different answers but it still concerns me because I have heard “Links” can affect the SEO and the way search engines treat blogs.

    If anyone can give me their ideas about this, I would be so very grateful.
