Use of Premium themes

Can I use a premium theme with a hosting provider? I have a hosting service I like, and they support wordpress, but I’d like to use a premium theme. Is that even an option and if so how?

Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies. -
