use of trade name

    folks,
    i am president of http://www.flowh.com. i recently requested a wordpress blog of http://flowh.wordpress.com and found that it was already claimed back in 2008 and has showed no use since. how do i go about transferring the prefix to flowh, inc.

    You contact the blog owner and convince them to transfer it to you – you would probably need to buy the blog from them

    Note: WordPress.COM will not assist you in contacting the blog owner for privacy reasons

    There is no requirement for a blog to be active here, WordPress.COM will not take a blog away from one account and give it to another

    Also – since the blog is not impersonating your company I doubt you have a copyright or trademark suit against them – looks like the blog is owned by someone named Flow with a last name that starts with H
