Use the theme in wordpress.org

I bought this theme on wordpress.com before for almost 200 euros, now I am migrating the site to wordpress.org. How can I continue to use this theme?

As you purchased the WordPress.com version of the Corporate theme then the theme can only be used here at WordPress.com. If you want to use that theme elsewhere with the WordPress.org software you’d need to purchase the WordPress.org version of the theme directly from the developers.
PS: Perhaps you are still within the 30 day refund window at WordPress.com? -
Hi there,
When you bought the theme from us, you bought a license to only use it on one WordPress.com site at a time. The license does not allow you to download the theme and use it anywhere else – this is true of all premium themes sold on WordPress.com.
To use this theme on a non-WordPress.com site, you’ll instead need to buy the self-hosted version directly from the theme developer. There is a link to contact them at the bottom of the theme description page at https://wordpress.com/theme/corporate:
You are still within the refund period for the version of the theme you bought from us, so you can cancel it for a full refund at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ if you’re not going to use it.
