  Can I use the theme I purchased and the blog template of a free theme in the same site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. I suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or you can ask in the volunteer WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum.
