  how do i use woo themes with world press and will they work with any package?

  You can use any of the themes available in the WordPress.com theme showcase with your WordPress.com site. (Please note that you have to select and purchase the theme directly from WordPress.com — themes purchased elsewhere can’t be used on WordPress.com sites.)

  If you like one of the WooThemes themes available here at WordPress.com, you can purchase them from the theme showcase to use on your site:

  You don’t need any other upgrades to purchase a premium theme, so you’re welcome to purchase one of those themes and use it along with the Free plan. :)
