use wordpress for newsletter only

    I all, I wrote a website in wordpress but for a test I wrote manually another site with the structure
    .well-known;css;images;include;js;contact.html;footer.html;gallery-4-cols.html;index.html;menu.html;style.css;team-3-cols.html

    in this way wordpress stop works. I woulk like maintain temporary the new site structure but use in the same time the newsletter of wordpress

    this is possible?
