Used domain on WordPress

  I wanted to creat a blog on wordpress, and my desired domain is nhamhoa.wordpress.com.

  The system reported that it was taken, but I checked and found out that there is no blog with such domain. WordPress said “The authors have deleted this blog. The content is no longer available.” In this case, can I claim this domain?
