Used permalink now I can’t get to Dashboard

I was watching a tutorial by Tyler Moore on learning WordPress and it had a part where you use permalink to get rid of the index.php in the URL. Well I did as he said and now I can’t get to my website, wp-admin Dashboard. It keeps downloading a php file. I’m totally screwed now and have no idea what to do to get my site back.

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
