Used to be an Admin on Other Blog, my Posts Still Remain

    I used to be an admin on https://theajexpert.wordpress.com/, almost a year ago. I have left the blog a while back, but my profile is still connected to the website. Since my profile is still linked to the website, it shows up when you search up my current website, and in my opinion, is a little unprofessional. I’ve tried getting in contact with the previous owner, but I hasn’t been successful. Is there anyway I can remove my name off posts I made without being an admin, or at least unlink my profile so it doesn’t show up as posts I have made on https://theajexpert.wordpress.com/?

    This user account, neonyeen, is not connected to theajexpert.wordpress.com. When you talk about the old site being brought up with searching, do you mean through Google? Can you share a bit more information or an example link to help me get started on what is happening. Thanks!

    Hi!

    Yes, I do mean while searching for my previous blog (neonyeen.wordpress.com), theajexpert.wordpress.com shows up within the results.I would love to know if there is a way to remove my name from any posts made on theajexpert.wordpress.com, or simply delete the posts made in my name, so the blog does not show up in google results.

    Hi Izzie,

    Thanks — we are unable to make site changes without the owner’s permission so I recommend you try contacting them to see whether they will remove the posts you published or assign them to another user of the site — izizzie is the current owner if that helps.
