Used wrong email initially when signing up

I accidentally used an email which I do not have access to set up the account. I cannot change the email without confirming it on the original email.

Hi asualphasig,
Are you able to cancel the current change and update the email address on your Account Settings page? Doing so should send a confirmation email to the address you have entered.
Let me know how you get on.
