useless AI chatbot?

    Is anyone else as frustrated as we are trying to get to a real person to resolve issues with their WordPress sites these days? Its says we need cookies enabled – the site says congratulations they are – and overnight our education classes are useless as none of the videos are loading as JetPack VideoPress has crashed again???

    And congratulations we have a Business Plan which entitles us to premium support which we cant get to because the Happy face won’t let me get past the contact a real human entry point…

    Time to find a new platform I think
