useless dashboard

my dashboard is empty. It does not allow me to edit my website at all, aside from posts and pages. the appearances, plugins, theme tabs are all missing. I have tried to contact bluehost, wordpress. I was told to contact apple. I have been on the phone all day to fix this little problem. If it is not fixed, i may scrap the website and just use clickfunnels, bc this is not worth the headache. can u fix this problem?

Are you referring to the WP-Admin dashboard?
The forums you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and your site is not hosted with us. In this forum we can only provide help with your WordPress.com account, and to a limited degree with some features added to your site by the Jetpack plugin.
If the issue is in WP-Admin, it’s a problem with the WordPress software on your site, and we have no control over that. In that case, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
