  I have a user that is listed under my users but she puts in her username and password and it keeps saying not found or incorrect. What should we do?

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

  The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  If you have created the user profile for the user and given them the username and password, make sure they are trying to log in a the following URL.

  http://textingthetruth.com/wp-login.php

  They will not be able to log in here through WordPress.com.
