User "accepts" my invitation to contribute and WP logs them in as me

  I want to add another user with admin privileges to my website and so I initiate the “invite new user” workflow in WordPress. The trouble is that after they click on the Accept link in their email, WordPress logs them in as me (with my username).

  I need them to have their own login credentials in order to administer their install. How do I do this?

  Hello keggr,
  did they sign in with their own account or with yours?
  If they signed in with your account, they must create their own account and then accept your invitation with their own username and password.

  They weren’t even prompted to sign in when they clicked the Accept link … upon clicking the link their web browser opened a new tab with my credentials still showing as logged in and it allowed them to proceed as me! Maybe I should have cleared the cache and cookie and tried it again. Any other ideas are welcome.
