User Access Issues / Trouble Pushing Site to Live

  Hi there,

  I’ve been given access to the staging site chosen above by a client to help them build out their website. Now, we’re ready to push the site live. I am trying to help them do that but I don’t see the production site in my dashboard, despite being given an invite.

  The client has given me admin access and sent me an invite. When I try to accept the invite, I receive a ‘Oops that invite is not valid’ error. The client just sent me a screenshot that shows that I’ve been added to beekhealth.com (production site) as an admin and that the invite is pending but it’s not showing up in my dashboard.

  Could you please advise and help issue admin access to my account?

  We had a similar issue earlier that I had to contact WordPress about. I was not able to accept the initial invite because of a Perfmatters plugin conflict or something like that.
