user access problem
-
I created a blog accidentally as one user when I wanted the admin to be a different user. So I went in and added them (user#2) as an editor (another accident). Once I (user #1) realized the mistake I logged in and changed them (user #2) to Admin and deleted myself (user #1) from the blog. Unfortunately for some reason though it didn’t take- now I can’t access any of the editing features and they only have an Editor role and no Admin access. So in other words- we have an un-administrated blog. Please help! I need user #2 to have FULL access to admin and editing features. thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your user nmcollaborative is an Editor on the blog, but the other user is still the owner and administrator. That user has full control over the blog, and can make the user account nmcollaborative an Administrator or transfer ownership of the blog completely to nmcollaborative.
You’ll need to log in to that other account to make those changes. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Thanks, good to know. I applied those changes- I thought I had done that before- However I STILL am not seeing the full menu of options I should see as an administrator on the left (limited editing features, can’t edit CS or formatting and no dashboard access)…. does this take some hours to apply or something?

…changes just went through, I jumped the gun. Thanks so much for this, you saved the day!! (and also my blog)
