  I am getting the following message: ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ What does this mean?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @jbpauley,

  This message typically means that another WordPress.com user purchased the upgrade that you’re trying to renew; they’ll have to complete the renewal instead.

  I’d be happy to look into this for you though — can you please share your site address?

  I’m only seeing one upgrade associated with that site. A WordPress.com paid plan that expired 2020-06-03. Was that what you were trying to renew?

  Or, if not, what upgrade were you wanting to renew?
