User accounts automatically get activated

    Hi, i’m using custome theme ([redacted by staff])on a website and my client is facing some problems:

    -Account activation is set to manual by admin but some accounts are been activated automatically without activation by admin.
    -on the info of those account which were activated automatically the fields (id, name, email) are empty.

    i contacted the creator of the theme and this is the reply :

    “I have seen this bug before but unfortunately I have no idea how to fix it.
    It’s happening very rarely and apparently at random. I checked all my code and everything is ok with the code. I have tried many times to debug the issue but I can’t even replicate it.
    There is no code in the theme that will remove that information so it’s I’m puzzled by what could cause it.

    can anybody help me fix this bug?
