User already has a role on your site problem

    I’m trying to add a user (joanavpereira) to the blog (imagensprojectadas.wordpress.com) as a author. After he clicked accept, he was still unble to get to the dashboard so I checked and he wasn’t listed as a user. I tried to send another invite, but I got the error message “User already has a role on your site”. he’s still not listed as a user or able to access the dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    That user was already accepted as a “follower;” I deleted her as a follower. Wait a short while, and then attempt to send her a new invitation via email to be an author.
