User and Domain Login Confusion

  I was having issues where I would click certain links in my dashboard that would redirect me to the home page. I noticed that there were two “users” listed on my site with my name. I deleted the one that I thought wasn’t me hoping that maybe that was the problem and help fix the issue. I am still able to login to WordPress, but now it is saying that I no longer have access to my domain. I have emailed wordpress and have a creator plan but it’s been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me. Please help!
