User as author

I’ve just made a new blog
http://kamekroten.wordpress.com/
I want the author to be Kame and Kroten, not Novroz (my other 2 blogs use this nickname). This new blog I’m making is for my pets as if they are they one who writes the post and therefore I want their name in each post. How can I do that?
I tried using invite user but it’s not working. I want a new name not the one that already exist. Can I do that?

You can just change your Nickname when you post to that blog, or you can create an entirely new user; you’d require an entirely new email for that. Set up the account, invite that user as Admin, and there you are.

Change the nickname? that means I have to change it everytime I make a post?
If set a new account will that mean making a new blog?
I know it might sounds stupid but I am really clueless…can we make an account without making a blog? just a username? How?

Yes, if you do this in a nickname-based way, you’d have to change it every time you post.
If you set a new account that doens’t mean making a new blog. You sign out, go to WordPress.com, and log in choosing “just a username” instead of the big “gimme a blog” button.

I’ve seen it :) Thank you hehehe silly me, been in WP since 2/3 years ago and didn’t know how to make a new user.
Now I have another problem. Why can’t I deleted an unused blog? I need the email adress for my new user.
the blog I want to delete is http://warawirishop.wordpress.com.Another stupid question, how can I change my user name? I have just check my blog… http://bokunosekai.wordpress.com and http://novroz.wordpress.com use 2 different email but with same user/nickmane. I want to use one of them as Kame instead of Novroz. I am going to make Kroten from the same email in warawirishop.wordpress.com (once it got deleted).

You certainly should be able to delete the unused blog IF you are the only admin.
you cannot change your Username. you CAN change your displayed Nickname on the blog. To do this, go to Profile and add the nickname you want, then save. Then go and select that nickname and save.

aw shoot…there are 2 admins in that blog.. Now I know why it can’t be deleted. I’ll delete 1 admin 1st then delete the blog.
Oh that is very simple. I’ll try it now.

Uh, no. You can delete a blog no matter how many admins there are on it. It was my understanding you just wwanted to change the name of the people posting on it. If you delete it it is gone forever, and you cannot use that name or URL again, ever.

I mean I’m going to remove my name from http://warawirishop.wordpress.com I’m one of the admin…so I can remove my self, right??
After I remove my self, there’ll be 1 admin left, then I can delete the blog…or am I wrong?

If you are the admin who created the blog, no, you will need staff to remove you.
If you are not the admin, because you’ve removed yourself from the blog, then no, you cannot delete the blog. Only admins who are CURRENT admins of the blog can delete it, for obvious reasons.

But there’s something funny. I used gmail.com for my mail in warawirishop.wordpress.com and I forgot about that fact…and I made my kroten’s username only (without blog) using the same gmail.com and it got accepted :) WP sent me a confirmation mail…now I have kroten as an author in kamekroten.wordpress.com
