User blocked invites

  Hi, when I try and invite someone to be an author on the website I get this message:

  ‘User blocked invites’

  I’ve spoken to the person and the block email box is unticked on this page: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  I can’t figure out what’s going on. They say they haven’t changed any settings.

  Can someone help please? Thanks.

  Hi there!

  I’ve made a test trying to repeat your issue, but in my case everything it works fine, so I made a search on web to find something, I found this link:

  Please, take a look on it and try to do the steps what rootjosh wrote.

  Thanks very much, that’s worked.

  The user tried it earlier but they weren’t logged out and it took them to a different page so it’s worth stressing that you do need to be logged out for it to be worked (it said it in the instructions but we both missed it).
