User Can not Access Panel Requested

I try to enter my second blog I created but says it does not have permission but it is I who created the blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

By any chance, do you have accounts with different email addresses? Are you positive you’re logging in with the correct primary account for that blog?
Does it say you don’t have permission when you try to look at the blog, or do you get that message when you’re trying to access the blog Dashboard?

What is the URL of the blog you created?
Which username account registered it?You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

@abnercordeiro321, please post the link to the blog you are trying to access so I can check to see if it’s under your account or if there’s another issue at play.
