  A user has been invited to edit a website but they can not log in. What do I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @shzayed,

  If you’ve invited this person as a new user for your site, he or she will get an email invitation with an activation link. If they click this, they’ll either have to create a new WordPress.com account, or sign in with one of their current WordPress.com accounts. Do you know is this person already has a WordPress.com account?

  Hey @jjberg83,

  Thank you for your reply!
  The user did get the invite initially, but for some weird reason she could not log back in a second time. So I deleted her and set it back again but the second email was not like the first invite. She does have a webpress account.

  I’m sorry if this question sounds silly, but I just want to check if I understand things correctly. Did she have a WordPress.com account before you sent her the email invite? If so, is she still not able to log in this account?

  Or did she create a new WordPress.com account specifically for the purpose of being a new user to your site, and this is the account she’s having trouble signing in with?
