user cannot comment in threads anymore

  A long time user cannot comment in threads anymore. The problem only occurs on my blog and not others the person uses.

  Nobody else is having this problem

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Who? What is the link? Is their comment in moderation or spam?

  No they are not in spam or moderation nor have they even been.
