User Cannot Log In

  We are having an issue where one of our users cannot access the site. We use WP as our internal intranet platform for our team of 200 and only 1 user is affected. When she tries to log in using the prompt from google, nothing happens. The screen seems like its loading but then doesn’t do anything. She has been having this issue for several weeks. Let me know how we can resolve this for her.
