User can't access site through wordpress.com

    I have a WP site call it (foo.example.com).

    I’ve invited someone to be an admin on that site:

    • They can accept the invitation
    • They can log into the site directly with their “wordpress.com” login
    • They can see the site listed in their “my sites” in wordpress.com
    • They CAN NOT access the site through the wordpess.com UI, errors when looking at people or trying to post

    I’m not quite sure what to do here. I’ve recreated the site a few times, attempted to delete the user and have the user remove themselves from the site. It seems like something is just mis-wired or mis-configured.

    My site is hosted on bluehost and connected up via jetpack. Note that I have a second site that this user is able to access without any issues.
