User cant login

    I have a user who cannot log in we have tried resetting the password and deleting and re-creating the user but she just gets a cycle of the WordPress password reset email and then the WP link sends her to a ‘Check your email for the confirmation link, then visit the login page’ She cant actually login

    Hey @voltagedev, please tell her to check the email associated with the account. Make sure to check the spam and other folders too.

    If you still have problems, I would suggest you to contact your hosting provider(Godaddy) as this is for wordpress.com managed hosting. You have the self-installed version of wordpress which is different from managed hosting on here. You can find the differences at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Also, there is a support forum for self-hosted installations at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ . I believe you’ll get better help there.
