My marcom person left the company and I do not have her wordpress.com log in credentials. Her profile is the Admin for our site. I have tried her email address, her username, you name it – I cannot get in. There is no # to call wordpress…I am at wits end! Any help would be appreciated.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,
Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. You have to contact that person directly and have her/him transfer blog ownership to another username account. Contacting Staff is useless as they have no role to play in that process and will not snatch up a blog and gift it to anyone else.
