  My commenters have come from another blog where they could edit their comments (grammar spelling change in links etc). Does wordpress have a edit plug in for users.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. Plugins can not be added to WordPress.com blogs.

  No. And just to clarify, we cannot add 3rd party plugins to our sites hosted on WordPress.com. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  My 2¢/
  There are advantages and disadvantages to having commenters being able to edit their comments. If your site draws a lot of “discussion” between commenters, then giving a commenter the ability to edit their comment after the fact could lead to them changing their comment after someone else has already replied to it.

  If your commenter wants to correct themselves, better they should post an additional comment to do so.
