User does not exist?

Hey! For some reason today an account I have created a site with would no longer allow me to log in and claims my ‘user does not exist’ I have some very urgent changes to make and need to get into this site ASAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You’ve created a new WordPress.com account two hours ago. No doubt you need to log out from here and log back in to the correct account. What is the address of your unnamed site and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?

I had to create this new account as my old login info stopped working abruptly and there are no available resources unless you’re logged into an account. I was really hoping to livechat with someone from wordpress but havent been able to get that to work either.
The site im transferring is Projectopioid.org and im just trying to transfer it to a .info
they’re hosted on godaddy
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m afraid that Livechat support is only available here at WordPress.com if you actually have an upgraded site hosted here. If your Godaddy hosted site is using the WordPress.org software then the correct support forum is at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
