user e-mail not found

  I have three blogs and I want my sister to be a “contributer” for one of them. When I go to the blog I want to allow her access to, and type her e-mail address it says there is no user known with that e-mail. She created an account this afternoon and recieved the confirmation e-mail etc. So I refreshed my page and tried again and still it doesn’t work.

  Sure you typed the correct e-mail address. If yes, then, it would rather be peculiar….

  I’m pretty sure….well I guess I didn’t, because I repeated to her no less than 3 times the address I typed in and she aggreed it was correct. But to be sure I just went to my e-mail homepage and copied and pasted her address, and I did leave out a couple key letters! Sorry to be a spacey doh!

  Sorry but that never happened to me b4. Ask your sister to comment on one of your post to see the email she’s registering with wordpress. If still didn’t work, you really should use contact support.
