User > Edit > Personal Option Blink and its gone

I have a Generate Press themed WP site. When I select from within the Admin user profile,
User > Edit
It ‘Skips’ the ‘Personal Options’ page and goes straight to ‘Profile’ page. As a result I have no Visual or text tab in ‘Edit page’. The ‘Skip’ takes long enough to able to see the Personal Options page but not select anything or update. All plugins on site I have used previously with out issue. Apart from aesthetics, the only difference between this site and the old site is the theme. Old site theme was Make. I have not edited or modified any php files relating to the users or admin but feel that that may be where the solutions can be found. Is there a function in the user-edit php or admin edit php that I need to change to stop it skipping the Personal Options page?
