User Error

  Hi Team,

  I’m Zixin. I meet a problem: when I want to insert embedded media, it crushes down and shows, ‘The editor has encountered an unexpected error.’ I’ve tried to edit on IPad, but it failed again.
  Could you tell me how to solve this problem?
