User generated form submission

    Hello, I’m looking for help on how users can submit their information through a form on my site and it automatically puts their information on a custom template I’ve created. This was I can review their submission already put on the template and I can post it to my site without having to manually put their information on the template myself.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I am so sorry but you are using the wrong forum center.
