User groups for each category

    Hi, I’m edoardo
    I’m setting up a news website about an international sport.
    I’d like to have a group to write for a category. These groups should only write to their respective categories and they have a hierarchy, an admin, an editor and a bunch of collaborators. The collaborators post should be only approved by the group admin and no one else (except the grand admin aka founder). The is any plugin that make this?

    Hi Edoardo, WordPress by default works the way you want.

    People can be invited to your website to contribute. Visit the People page to add contributors to your team.

    Learn more about the User Roles here.

    Also, there are many News themes available to choose from.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
    I already know the contributors stuff, but I’d like to know if there is a way to have some team divisions that have their internal roles for example “contributor a” submit a post and only “admin a” can approve it, not “admin b” nor “admin c”.
    I hope to have been clear.

    it looks like your above domain lifesavingworldmag.xyz is hosted at Hostinger and not here on WordPressdotcom.

    This support forum handles assistance to WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here won’t be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, Go Daddy etc.).
