  how do I publish anonymously?

  You create a new identity that does NOT include your actual name. It is not using an email you’ve ever used previously. Then for full anonymity, have that username create a new blog.

  For only MOSTLY anonymous posting, log back in as this identity, go to the dashboard of the blog, and on the Users page, you Invite the other username to be admin. Then when that username accepts the invitation, it can post to that blog and the first username can Leave the blog.

  You register a username account that does not contain your actual name. Then you never ever refer to your actual name or provided information for others to use to identify you in the blog(s) you register under that non-identifiable username account.
