I’m working with elementor in my site. I’m trying to show the users that I have with a template of an archive of users that I made. When I’m editing with elementor, I put a text editor widget to show the author info and it shows correctly from the author I’m showing in the preview. Nevertheless, when I’m in the site, when I go to the page of a user, it shows the info of another one, only the acf fields work correctly. It seems that it detects that is the page of the user that create that one and not the one I am. I tried to erase the user that doesn’t work and put it again but it still gets the info of another one. What I don’t understand is why it works in some of them and why in elementor it shows correctly and outside no.

You may need to contact Elementor support for help with that since you’re using their product. If you’re using the free version, you can post here for help: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor
I’d also like to clarify that even if the issue was specific to WordPress, you’d need to post on the WordPress.org support forum if your site isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com.
