User invitations
-
I have had several glitches in inviting people and have resolved several of them, however when I look at my invitation “waiting” list or history some of the emails addresses are incomplete even though they are complete in the address box, are they being truncated and the invitation not going out at all?
Is ten invitations a total list for each invitation or can I add other people to that list as I work out the kinks.
Does your invitation explain to people that once they have created their user name and pswd that they have to go back to the original invitation to then go to the site or does it leave them hanging on your front page?
Is it because I am trying to keep this private that the process is so complicated the one person who has been able to get in was in the room with me and I had to walk him through the process and he is pretty computer savvy I know some of my other invitees are not, can I just create the user name and pswd and send it to each person myself so that they don’t have to go through that process?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! Where the email address appears truncated that is because the user already has a WordPress.com account and we are instead showing their username.
When a user accepts an invitation they get taken directly to your blog’s dashboard.
In your list it looks like a lot of people have not yet accepted your invitation. You have the option of resending the invitation if you’d like to but it would be good to make sure they’re expecting it to make sure they don’t miss it.
