user issue

    One of my viewers was all of a sudden unable to access our wordpress page so we decided to uninvite them and then reinvite. Problem is, it allowed us to uninvite but when I try to reinvite it states “user already has a role on your site” – but they are not on our list. Any ideas? Thanks
