User Likes (other blogs) Disappear just after they've registered

  I’m watching Likes disappear after they’ve already registered under comments, on other users’ posts, when I or other users have liked comments. Even if I refresh the pages, the Likes are still gone (after they’d already appeared).
  I’ve found other support topics on disappearing likes but they’re closed for further reporting from what I could tell, and I never found any similar event.

  Also, can you tell me if these likes are happening via The Reader or directly on the site when visited?
