  I cannot see my users. if I go to invitees I can see people that I have invited and if they have accepted/ loged in, but other than that, i can’t find them.

  You invited all but one as Followers.

  Followers are not users, they’re just subscribed to the blog via the WordPress.com Reader and have the option to receive subscription emails too.

  whit1977 was invited as an Editor and will appear in your Users list whenever the invitation is accepted.
