User login issue

  Hi, this is email admin, and my friends Nexstorehub( (email visible only to moderators and staff)) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) cannot login although they have entered their password correctly but the user name and password is incorrect and when the click on lost password the it says the Opps! the page you are looking for is missing for some reason . Please come back to home page . Can you please help us in this regard ?
